About Senbar General Building Work

Senbar origionated it 2006 and has been working alongside numerous nationwide clients since then. Some include Nationwide Building Society, Pettit Forestier, Waterstones and Ricoh.
Senbar Limited has a long working history with many Facility Management companies and have successfully completed many projects on their behalves; both Capital Works and Building Condition Works.

Our staff has extensive training and qualifications, all with numerous year experience in a variety of building fields. Senbar is also fully Safe Contractor and Alcumus Accredited.

We also have a close working relationship with NTC UK Ltd (our Health & Safety Consultant) and we have Alcumus and Safe Contractor accreditation for safety at work, so you can feel assured all works completed by Senbar Limited will be completed to the highest safety standard.

We operate within various sectors including Commercial, Ecclesiastical, Education, Historical Buildings, Leisure, Healthcare & Private Housing. The value of contracts we can carry out ranges from £5,000 to £6,000,000 and a selection of these can be viewed throughout this website.

THE WORKFORCE

Based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands we employ a 40 strong workforce to include direct labour within our Contracts and General Works Departments. Our Contracts Department manages the larger scale projects whilst the General Works Department takes care of the smaller projects.
